Setting intentions is the act of stating what you intend to accomplish through your actions. It’s a commitment to what you want the journey to be about as you move on or move up. When you are intentional about something, your focus is in the moment: who you are, what you do, why you do it
It is important to know how to set powerful positive intentions in your life. Create a vision board, set goals. The point is in clearly stating your intents. Help you stay focused at what ever it is you aspire to do. Write it down. Put your goals on paper, You are projecting what you desire into the universe. What your next steps will be, is written in the stars and planets. As the saying goes as above so below. Ask your guides for guidance. Learn to connect with them wile you are creating positive habits.
I truly believe in the power of setting intentions. I believe that what ever I set my focus to will come true. When you clearly set intentions and you see them unfold in your life. Its so unbelievable, you will doubt yourself especially if your new at working with your energy and setting intentions. I doubted my self so much. I tried to hide who I was. People called me crazy.
There wasn’t many study’s at the time. Now science has discovered the benefits of positive lifestyle, They have made discoveries on the power of setting intentions. With frozen glass of water. One from a person with good intention, and the other with bad. It showed the ice flacks had formed beautiful shapes on the positive intent glass, and the other one was deformed flakes that didn’t make a shape. If your wondering how you can conquer such a task. Start implementing setting intentions every day, speaking positive affirmations every day. Start when you first wake up. when your mind is more clear. Name three things your grateful for. Speak good affirmations and meditate. Even if its for a minute. If its hard to get peace and quit. Try to meditate on the toilet. Almost the only bit of private time we get.
If you start now, you begin to develop new habits. YES! and good ones. If you fall off its OK. Do it immediately, In your head, when ever were ever. The point is to do it everyday. multiple times a day. I’m proof that it works. Eventually its you. Its your routine. Then you incorporate more into your life.
Then you will start to feel all your hard work paying off. Your human remember. know one is perfect. Sometimes bad thoughts will arise. Try to think of it as a reminder of how far you have come and how strong you are. When that crap comes on. put protection cloak around you. Speak it out loud, with the highest power of love and light remove all negative bad thoughts from my family and I. remove it from our home and replace it with the joy, happiness,Good health, prosperity and all positive things.
